1What is Workktown Rentals?
Workktown Rentals provides car / bike for self drive on a daily/ weekly/ monthly rent basis.We provide our service by verifying and collecting your valid identity cards (Government ID's, Work ID's) when you take the vehicle from us.
2What is the process through which a customer hires a car/bike in Workktown rentals?
- We receive calls from customers who are in need of car/bike. According to their need and our availability, we analyse the best vehicle for their need. We suggest and agree on the tariff and policies of renting.
- When they come to pick the car/bike or when our worktown citizen meets them in the delivery point, their ID’s are verified and collected.
- The stated policies that were agreed across the call will be signed in a printed agreement.
- The customers takes the ride for their need and returns it back
- Worktown citizen will meet the person at the end of the trip and a test drive is taken and the vehicle is checked if it is in perfect working order post which the ID's will be returned.

1Will the car be with us or we have to hand over the car to Worktown?
Since we have customers from all walk of life, since the need can be anytime, since the car needs to be displayed to the customer, we will have the cars parked in our parking until you will need the car for usage.
2Can we have the car/bike when we want it?
Of course, it's your car! You can have it whenever you need it. We will need prior notice and even if your car/bike is out to work, you will get a car or a bike for your need. Like your car all the cars /bikes are equally cared and maintained. You will always have yours or similar kind of best cars for your need.
